Not Your Rival

If you're a lady out there and we’re not friends, maybe we should be. Idk, js. I know a lot of beautiful, capable, creative, strong, caring women and I’m blessed to have a few in my own life. We’ve been programmed our whole lives to compete with each other as women, which has, undoubtedly, prevented or hindered many of our successes. But what would happen if we worked together? My genuine belief is that if we as women pioneered the practice of treating ourselves and our sisters the way we seek to be treated by society, it would inevitably change everything and open doors we couldn’t have imagined, and the world would surely follow. If we reached out to one another for help, advice, fellowship, and freely gave in return, we could create a strong, beautiful bond and culture that would inevitably evolve into a force to be reckoned with, that could never be stomped out or shut up or dismissed. Can you picture a world such as this? What does it look like? How do we get there?
